We aim to ship orders received before 01:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) on the same business day. Orders received after this time will typically be dispatched the next business day.

Orders are shipped by 5 PM on the day after they are placed. Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Deliveries within India usually arrive within 7 working days. For express shipping, delivery takes 2-3 working days.

Shipping Charges:

- We charge INR 250 for express shipping within India. You can check shipping costs using the shipping charge calculator on the cart page.

Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, strikes, or weather conditions. We will notify you via email if there are any delays.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations once orders have been dispatched from our Tea atelier.
