Your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to make every purchase a happy one, but we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we can help resolve the issue:

We take great care to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered, please email us within 24 hours of receiving it. Keep all the packing materials and the item itself intact. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

*If You Receive a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item:*

1. Contact us by email at info@bloombrew.in within 24 hours of receiving the item.
2. Save all packing materials and the item itself.
3. We will arrange to ship a replacement item as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
4. If the original item is no longer available, we’ll help you choose an alternative item and ship it to you at no extra cost.
5. If you prefer a refund, we will issue a full refund with no deductions.
6. We are open to any other mutually agreed resolution.

Guidelines for Returns:

- Always email us first at info@bloombrew.in if you have an issue.
- Report any problems within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Do not send back an item without consulting us first. Unapproved returns will not receive credit or replacements.
- Report all issues with a single order/package at the same time and be specific about the problems.
- Return items using registered airmail or courier.
- Any return shipping costs above what you initially paid are your responsibility.
- Return the item within 7 working days of our confirmation, in its original packaging, with tags intact, and in original condition. Include a copy of the invoice.
- We will inspect the returned product and take steps to prevent similar issues in the future.
- Safe return shipping is your responsibility. If the item is lost or damaged in transit back to us, we cannot help you. Use the suggested postal service and keep the receipt until we confirm receipt.

Issuing Credits:

Credits to your credit card account take about 3 to 5 business days to process. It may take your bank an additional 2 business days to post these credits to your account. Check your next credit card statement for these credits.

*Accepting Packages:*

- If the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with, verify the contents against the invoice before accepting the package from the courier.
- If there is a discrepancy, refuse delivery or accept it with a remark on the proof of delivery. Also, file a complaint with the local courier office
